Kurt and I are feeling blessed to find more great neighbors, including Christopher and his wife Dawn! Mocha the (almost 4 month old) chocolate lab is adorable with razor sharp puppy/vampire teeth.

I caused a lil’ debacle tonight when i stepped to the porch and said “Hi Christopher” as he and mocha zoomed past the house. Mocha heard me and stopped abruptly causing her leash to catch in the wheel.

Anna, another neighbor helped with Mocha while we untangled the leash. God works in mysterious ways - i was able to introduce Anna to Dawn, Christopher, and Mocha!

Anna and I bought signed copies of Christopher Jay Klein’s new book. Christopher is the Author of “My Big Toe”.

I’ll start reading it tonight! Christopher has not only a degree from Hope college in Kinesiology, but he helps people one by one with his masters degree in divinity from Western theological seminary.

The back of his book says…
“Chris achieved and accomplished things that nobody thought were attainable. He percevered through cerebral palsy and learned that God had a purpose for him. chris realized he had to surrender his disability and chains over to Jesus to have freedom in Christ. “

His toe signature is next to Phil. 4:13. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”.

I know God placed us smack in the middle of this amazing neighborhood and I can’t wait to get to know more of our neighbors! Christopher’s wife dawn is awesome too and we look forward to knowing them!
