1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large eggs, beaten

Instructions:

4 slices of bread (sourdough or your favorite kind)

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 slices of mozzarella cheese

4–6 dill pickle slices (or more to taste)

4 slices of cooked turkey bacon (originally bacon)

2 tbsp mayonnaise or softened butter (for spreading on bread)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.

2️⃣ Lay out the slices of bread. On two of the slices, layer 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 2 slices of mozzarella cheese, dill pickle slices, and 2 slices of turkey bacon.

3️⃣ Top with the remaining slices of bread to form sandwiches.

4️⃣ Spread mayonnaise or softened butter on the outside of each sandwich slice (top and bottom).

5️⃣ Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

6️⃣ Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill until golden brown on one side (about 3–4 minutes), then flip and grill the other side until the bread is crispy and the cheese is fully melted.

¼ cup corn flour

2 tbsp rice flour (for extra crispiness)

2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

1️⃣ In a food processor or blender, pulse the sweet corn kernels until coarsely ground. Do not make a fine paste.

2️⃣ Transfer the corn to a mixing bowl. Add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped onion, minced garlic, green chili, black pepper, chili flakes, and salt. Mix well.

3️⃣ Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, rice flour, and chopped coriander to the mixture. Combine to form a dough-like mixture. If it's too wet, add a little more flour.

Instructions:
