(Swipe for rest of caption) Back in January, I launched Cafecito Corner Coffee with two medium roasts. Then came our blonde roast, and now finally, the one I’ve been waiting and wanting for so long. Our dark roast, Cafecito de Abuela. 🤎
I’ve poured so much of my heart and soul into every one of these blends, from the coffee itself to the names, labels, stories, and all the little details in between. Seeing all four of them together honestly feels surreal.
But this moment means even more to me because I’m incredibly proud to say that Cafecito Corner Coffee is woman- and Latina-owned.
My parents came to the United States in search of a better life and more opportunities for our family. Their sacrifices, hard work, strength, and everything they taught me are such a huge part of the woman I am today. I will forever be thankful for them and for the life they worked so hard to give me. Because of them, I’ve been able to dream bigger, work hard for what I want, and build something of my own.
And in so many ways, this little coffee business is a piece of them too. It’s my culture, my family, my memories, and the cafecitos that have always made home feel like home. 🤎
To everyone who has supported me, shared my posts, cheered me on, or purchased a bag (or two 🥹), thank you. Every single order means more to me than you know. My little coffee family is growing, and I couldn’t be prouder of where we started, where we are, and everything still to come. 🤎
Gracias, Mami y Papi. And thank YOU for being part of this dream with me. This one is for you 🇨🇺
