Homemade focaccia bread! This one has melted butter and salad supreme seasoning on top and is so fluffy and delicious! I used my peasant bread recipe but used active dry yeast rather than instant yeast. It went perfectly with the soup I made too. Isn’t soup and bread the best combo? Tell me in the comments what your favorite soup and bread is!

Yesterday’s sourdough bread definitely is amazing, and I think I actually do prefer the darker crust!! It seems thinner and crispier making it easier for me to chew with my TMJD.
Do you like your crust golden, or browned?

I need this bread so badly. I’m having withdrawals from homemade freshly baked bread 🤣 Jk, but I can’t wait to slice into this classic sourdough boule, even though it’s a bit darker than I prefer. It’s going to taste amazing! How dark do you prefer your crust?
