Limited edition Pancit (this is first and last time I’m cooking) 🤣😅
My Schedule Today: Fueled by Faith & Pancit!
Woke up at 4AM to cook Pancit for Waikīkī Beach Marriott Engineering Dept—yes, God gave me the strength to shred cabbages before sunrise!
6AM: Cleaned the house
8:30AM: Breakfast with my daughter & friends at Guieb Café, Wahiawā
10:30AM: Dropped off the girls at Oahu SPCA for volunteer work
11AM: Costco run because Mr. Eugene craved ribeye steak—got lost in the parking lot, classic me!
12PM: Rested for 1 hour (finally!)
1:30PM: Back to Wahiawā then straight to Ala Moana—Mango Mango crepes for the girls
2:30PM: Surprise blessing at the pier—Captain offered me a whole Aku! Of course I said yes!
4PM: Picked up Mama Letty & Mng. Jennie at Waikiki
5PM: Grabbed some Jollibee
6PM: Cooked the 2nd batch of Pancit for dinner—Mr. Eugene’s request
Then we ate, laughed, rested, and gave all glory back to God.
I’m tired but fulfilled. God, thank You for the strength to serve my family and others with love, joy, and a happy heart!
Catch this: When you move with purpose, God moves with power!
“She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” – Proverbs 31:25
