Showing up for yourself doesn’t always look like motivation or momentum sometimes it looks like showing up tired, showing up unsure, showing up anyway. This is for anyone who’s fallen off track with a goal, felt behind, or forgotten that rest is part of the work, not a break from it. Showing up isn’t a one-time decision — it’s choosing yourself again and again, especially on the days it’s hard. Treat your own wellbeing like the foundation it is, not an afterthought. 🌱

You don’t need to show up perfectly. You just need to show up. Save this as your reminder for the days you need to begin again.

If you’ve been following my journey — the leap of faith, starting over with nothing but trust and my husband by my side, rebuilding a life that actually feels like mine ,this store is the next chapter of that story. 🏡🌺

🌺🌺🌊🌊 Pull on the positivity and the peace you desire. Not the chaos. Not the noise. The peace.

Be intentional about surrounding yourself with the people and places that bring you to a calm state. A place where you can actually hear your own thoughts. A place where you can commune with God and reconnect with yourself without distraction.

For me, that place is often the ocean. I love the ocean. I love rock formations, mountains, lush greenery, and tide pools. There is something sacred about them. Tide pools especially remind me that there is beauty and thriving life even in small spaces. Something small can hold so much wonder, so much movement, so much quiet power.

That is how life is too. Beauty can grow from what seems small. Peace can exist even in the middle of a vast ocean.

I beg of you, find your place. Find your tribe. Find the space that restores you. It truly adds years to your life and depth to your spirit.

Happy Aloha Friday everyone 🌺

Let’s talk about YOU and choosing YOU.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned in life, and honestly wish I had learned sooner, is that it is absolutely okay to choose yourself. So many of us stay busy doing, giving, fixing, helping, and showing up for everyone else that we forget to show up for ourselves.

But if we’re being real, choosing yourself is not selfish. It is necessary.

It is imperative to your physical and mental health that you slow down and rest. Our nervous systems are constantly running on overdrive, and that is not healthy. Humans are not batteries. We cannot just keep going and going without consequences. Just like we power down computers and turn off the lights, we too have to pause and recharge.

And please hear me on this. Do not let anyone guilt you for choosing yourself.

Create a small ritual in your daily routine that allows you to decompress. Have self dates every other weekend. Take yourself to the beach. Sit in nature. Turn your phone off for a few hours. Plan a sabbatical if you can. Protect your peace like it is sacred, because it is.

You deserve it. And your body and mind will thank you a million times over.

Hello there, beautiful beams of light ✨

Ahhhh… when was the last time you felt truly excited about something? Maybe you’re looking forward to a special event, a vacation or staycation, or even a new relationship that’s just beginning.

Honestly, I think that excitement is what’s missing for so many of us. That feeling of something new unfolding. Something better on the horizon.

When we were children, most of us lived carefree and optimistic lives. We believed anything was possible. We didn’t doubt ourselves or question our abilities. We just went for it. No overthinking. No second guessing.

Somewhere along the way, life happened, and our glasses got a little fogged. Experiences, disappointments, responsibilities. But it’s time to clean those lenses and get excited about life again. About the moments. About the possibilities.

Get excited about your dreams, your desires, your ambitions. About designing your life according to your blueprint.

I’m genuinely excited about what 2026 is going to bring, and I pray you are too.

Alright my friends, remember this… don’t let the fire of excitement die down. ❤️
