Last week, I met with a client I’ve worked with for a few years in a few different capacities.
We were chatting through upcoming goals, content, and his current workload (he’s VERY busy at the moment).
During our conversation, he said, "I keep giving you less direction and your work keeps getting better and better."
It was genuinely one of the greatest compliments I’ve ever received. Even with less time in his schedule to devote to social media and getting content to us, our team has continued to elevate our work and make it stronger than ever.
On almost every onboarding call with a new client, I tell them, "you can be as hands on or hands off as you want to be on your social media when we start posting," and I truly mean it.
If you never want to open the app again, our work will continue to get better... Because that’s what we’re here for. 🩵
