It’s time we step up and become active stewards of our own health.
God gave us everything we need in nature — and Genesis 1:29 reminds us of that truth:
"I have given you every herb bearing seed… it shall be for food."

Our celebration started Friday with my sweet mom, continued Saturday with my daughter, and today we’re heading to church with her and her wonderful mother-in-love. My son is still working out of town, but always in my heart.
