Favorite business Friday goes to Author Phylicia]. As I dealt with my mental health these past few months her book “Sis, You are The Universe” (which is available on amazon) got me through a lot of tough days. It made me question and really ask myself things that I wasn’t paying attention to. Such as how do I want to be loved, and showing myself love. It let me know it’s ok not to always be ok. It let me know that you don’t always have to be that STRONG black woman and sis you can shed a few tears. It helped me start to find balance in all the roles I was playing where I was stretching myself thin. From mom, partner, daughter , and entrepreneur. Having her on my show was amazing. And i can’t wait for you to hear the upcoming episode!

Now Phylicia French is not only an author. But also an entrepreneur, international breakthrough coach, and podcast host from Galveston, Texas. She believes in motivation and encouragement that is tailored to real people and addresses the ebbs and flows of real life. Sometimes we spend so much time focusing on the past or even just trying to look to hard into our future. We have goals and dreams, and we start focusing on that with an intensity. I know I did. then we forget the moment we are in, and we miss them. While your out there creating your empire, working hard, getting ready for that NEXT thing don't forget to be in the here and now. SHIFT YOUR FOCUS or you may lose out on a-lot more.
