Well that didn’t take long! We still have 12 days until our first official Rent-to-Own Homebuyer’s workshop and we have our very first closing already with the program. My client was able to secure this beautiful Joshua Model by Lennar Homes and will indeed be in his new home in time for the holidays.

There is still plenty of time to sign up for the workshop. If you are on the fence about buying or stuck in a rental I PROMISE you are not going to want to miss this event.

Good evening! For everyone who has reached out to me about the rent to own program I have some very exciting news. I have partnered with an investor and we now have access to over 130 New Construction Homes. The available cities right now are Davenport, Haines City, Apopka, and Winter Haven. By the end of the year we will have inventory in Homestead, Kissimmee, Clermont and other cities. All the homes are currently under construction. The main builder of the available homes we have now is Lennar Homes. This community below is Inman Grove in Winter Haven.
