If you have worked with me in any capacity, as a client, as a partner in my business you will know I’m all about details and more details.

This is the kind of lack of effort and attention to detail that drives me mad. When uploading documents the amount of effort or steps it takes to name these documents or select the description preloaded in the system is the same.

I have come to realize not all agents work like I do.

Even had one recently tell me that I’m the only one that has ever called out her asking for more seller concessions than are allowable by the loan type on the pre approval and 3rd Party financing addendum. This is shocking to me.

I expect a lot from myself so my clients can expect that from me as well.

Just know I pay attention to everything!!!
This attention to detail helps protect me, my clients and the transaction overall.
