Why I choose to only do 2 or 4 Bar Intros?

The Answer is simple… People naturally have short attention spans.. I.e. “Get to the point”. When you have long instrumentals prior to the artists jumping on the track, 9 times out of 10, you’ve already lost your audience’s attention.. sometimes I don’t even put an intro in my tracks. I tell artists “be ready, cause you come in on beat 1” and boom!!! you have the listener’s attention immediately.. music is meant to be background.. the song is about the artists.. not the beat
