Sometimes, men are silent about the abuse and emotional torture they experience in their relationships and marriages. They often remain silent because society has conditioned them to be strong and never appear weak. Even when circumstances and timing place them in difficult situations, they may be labelled as weak if they speak up or show their emotions. They are expected to endure everything quietly for fear of being judged, mocked, or ridiculed.
But we are all human beings, and we all have emotions. Expressing pain, speaking up, or reacting to abuse should not be seen as a sign of weakness simply because the person is a man. Strength should not mean suffering in silence. Everyone deserves the freedom to acknowledge their pain, speak about what they are experiencing, and seek help without being judged.
