During the pandemic, when it became hard to find a good Panettone, I decided to make my own, and that’s how my passion for Italian leavened masterpieces was born.
From that moment, a journey began made of sourdough, learning, and lots of love.
By now, you all know Pino, my sourdough starter, who now has “children” all over Houston! 🤣
This year, I decided to take it one step further: I studied with a great Master to bring you an even more authentic, artisanal, and irresistible Panettone. ❤️
