Maintain our grounds and exhibits, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
With your help, we can keep the legacy of railroads alive for future generations. Whether it’s $10, $50, or $100, every gift steers us closer to our goal.

Be Part of History!

Support the Rosenberg Railroad Museum’s Heritage Rail Project 🚂✨

Dear Friends of the Rosenberg Railroad Museum,

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Heritage Rail Project! This exciting initiative will bring over 380 feet of new track, along with three historic railcars and a switcher engine, right to the heart of the Rosenberg Railroad Museum! With your support, we are preserving and celebrating the region’s rich railroading legacy for generations to come.

We’re on track (literally!): After completing engineering and construction documents and temporarily relocating our beloved MOPAC caboose, civil improvements have begun, and track installation is officially underway as of November 4th! The next exciting milestone will be laying the new railroad track in anticipation of the arrival of three historic railcars and a switcher engine from the Gulf Coast Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society (GCC-NRHS), expected to join our collection in early 2025.

This project will allow us to offer immersive experiences like never before, inviting the community to explore our region’s railroading history up close. But we need your help to bring this dream to completion!

Join Us in Making History!

Thanks to the generosity of key supporters—including the Rosenberg Development Corporation, The George Foundation, The Henderson-Wessendorff Foundation, Fort Bend County, and the Gulf Coast Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society, as well as many dedicated local advocates—we are 90% funded! Now, we invite you to be a part of this historic journey.

Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to completing the Heritage Rail Project. Together, we can create a legacy that will educate and inspire for years to come.

Donate today and help us make history!

With heartfelt thanks,
Rainey Webster, Executive Director
Rosenberg Railroad Museum

P.S. Don’t miss the opportunity to see these historic railcars up close—make your contribution, and watch history roll in! Donate $500 or more and receive a special exclusive invite to a private up-close event in late February or early March.
