Ingredientes:

Bolillos: 8 pc
Whole Cinnamon: About three tubes.
Coconut: 4 oZ
Queso fresco: 1 pound
Grageas (weet sugar spreading pastry) 8oz
Bananas: 3 sliced.
Piloncillo o Panela: 2 of them
Raisins: 8 oZ
12 cups of water or milk.

Instructions:

Put water or milk to boil and when it is boiling add the whole cinnamon and piloncillo o panela. (Put it in the freezer to cool down for about 15 minutes)

Slice the bread into small pieces and toast them until they turns brown on both sides. (Save it for later)

Cut fresh cheese in small pieces. (Save it for later)

Slice the bananas into small pieces. (Save them for later)

Put the sliced and toasted bread in a pan and add all the ingredients you reserved before: cheese, bananas, grageas (spreading pastry), raisins, coconut on top and then do the same until you have something that will look like a cake of bread. Lastly add the boiled reserved water or milk (it must be slowly absorbed by the bread) make sure you cover it all! It must be soft enough for eating.
