One of the biggest mistakes we make is assuming silence means someone is okay.

Sometimes silence means they're tired.

Tired of explaining.
Tired of pretending.
Tired of carrying responsibilities no one else sees.

The strongest people often become the least checked on because everyone assumes they'll figure it out.

Strength doesn't mean someone never needs encouragement.

It just means they've gotten good at carrying the weight without asking for help.

That's why shortcuts rarely satisfy.

without earning the respect.

without learning stewardship.

You might get attention...

without building character.

Life has a way of exposing the difference between what was handed to you...

and what became part of you.

The things that last usually take longer.

Maybe that's the point.
