My father-in-law passed away almost two weeks ago and our home still feels off balance. For three weeks I was trying to balance hospital trips, taking care of the dogs or finding someone to try and take care of my dogs, managing my clients content, balancing mom life, trying to find coverage for sick instructors, grieve and be there for my grieving husband and family. It was a lot.

I just wanna tell you that it’s ok if you’re trying to figure out things. You’re human. It’s OK if things get messy or if they feel hard. Just don’t burn yourself out.

Did you know that I have an aerial yoga business?

YEP! I opened my very first business back in 2016, and yes, it's still open. I will admit that there were several times that I fell on my face because I thought I could just "wing" it and figure it out. Yeah nope. That didn't work. 😑 Let's just say there were lots of failed attempts but definitely learned a lot.

Those lessons have brought me to where I am today and I'm grateful for those struggles and frustrations. I know that might sound silly but if you don't learn to be moldable then you wont grow.

If I were to start over from the very beginning, I would have invested sooner in learning more about the things that I didn't understand instead of believing I knew it all or would "figure it out" back then.
