Did you know that I have an aerial yoga business?

YEP! I opened my very first business back in 2016, and yes, it's still open. I will admit that there were several times that I fell on my face because I thought I could just "wing" it and figure it out. Yeah nope. That didn't work. 😑 Let's just say there were lots of failed attempts but definitely learned a lot.

Those lessons have brought me to where I am today and I'm grateful for those struggles and frustrations. I know that might sound silly but if you don't learn to be moldable then you wont grow.

If I were to start over from the very beginning, I would have invested sooner in learning more about the things that I didn't understand instead of believing I knew it all or would "figure it out" back then.

The word consistency gets thrown around a lot these days... I know I say it a lot. Sometimes that word gets a bad vibe to it or can make someone feel guilty or " well nope that's out the window for me"

I'm here to tell you that consistency doesn't mean that it has to be 100% alllllll the time. Sometimes we don't have that to give. Some days I have 5% to give other times 70% it's never the same every week.

Give yourself permission to allow some inconsistency. Showing up is showing up...there are lots of ways to show up for your business. Social media is not the only way. Is that my focus for my business, yes because not every business owner has the time to do their own and that's ok.

Give yourself permission to do it messy. To skip a day or to give a little less today than you did yesterday. Just don't stop.

If you feel that you can only give 5%, 10% all the time and want more but you don't have it in you...reach out and let's talk about it. I'm here for you.
