Meet Madame Irene Mangem, rejected at 14 for refusing early marriage, homeless for 7 years, yet she rose.

Today, Irene Mangem is a global voice, from living on the streets of Cameroon to becoming a US-based IT Coach, speaker, investor, and founder of The Emerge With Irene Project, helping vulnerable girls across Africa.

She just launched The Emerge House, Lagos, a safe space for young girls to heal, grow, and dream again.

Her message? “Start where you are. No one’s coming to rescue you, so rise.”

Let’s celebrate this powerful African woman changing lives, one girl at a time.

It's sad how we complain about bad governance in Cameroon but can't even do the right thing when given the chance.

We use the same systems we complain about to try to oppress our own brothers and sisters.

If you know me well, you know I work at my pace and how God leads me. I am finally ready for you all.

I have chosen 8 of you to visit, heal and Emerge with me at the Emerge House, Lagos Nigeria , this season.


I will start posting 1/day until I get back to Nigeria and join them.
