The kids are taller. Louder. Wiser.
And somehow, the moments we swear we’ll remember… start to blur together.

Your body is good. Full stop.
Worthy of love. Worthy of rest. Worthy of joy. Worthy right now.

And—if you’re like me—it’s also okay to acknowledge that certain changes can help your body feel better. For me, that means less chronic pain, more energy, and the ability to live life more freely.

I’ve spent years unlearning diet culture and healing my relationship with food. I’m not here to chase skinny or shrink to earn worth. I’m here to support my body in feeling strong, focused, and well.

One way I’ve done that? Prioritizing protein—especially in ways that work with my sensory needs (fellow neurodivergent babes, IYKYK). But, waiting just ahead were the people who love them most - ready to witness the beginning of forever.
Y’all, this is what makes proposals magical.
