I’m Shannon Savoy — U.S. Army Retired Officer, award-winning speaker, two-time Amazon best-selling author, CEO of Narc Free Living LLC, and founder of Chain Breakers University. Through my ministry and coaching programs, I empower survivors of narcissistic abuse and domestic violence to heal, rise, and thrive through faith, deliverance, and leadership.
