I used to be an atheist, I used to sit in front of my pastor and laugh at the Bible because I couldn’t believe it from a historical standpoint. At that time I was also suffering from addiction that destroyed my nervous system and mental health. The followers, validation, girls and the money never helped me feel better. Nor did it fix how disconnected I was. Now fast forward a few months and I’m begging to God in total humility for some Devine intervention. To send me help. I can’t explain the process of what gods will was in a simple Instagram post but God stripped me of the person I thought I was, sent me my spiritual dad and gave me life. He gave me the living water that never made me thirst. I’ve asked him to use me as a vessel to tell the truth of the son. I don’t have my story written out yet but what I can tell you is before God, I was looking for something the world couldn’t give me. Now because of the message I’ve heard of Christ, my life has completely flipped; I don’t want what I used to want from the world, so my desires have changed. My circle has changed. My health has changed. And I can’t believe I can say I am 30 days Sober today. To me 30 days was impossible. Jesus was the only person that could get me sober, (I had been trying for 8 years) and not just that but he was the only one to break my heart to pieces and put it back together. So my case stands… Jesus was real, he IS the truth and he IS alive right now. And I will defend the Bible because it’s the medicine every one needs. “Every knee shall bow and every tongue must confess Jesus is God”✝️ thankful to be a part of the Bible studies and events and to the ones I’ve tagged, thank you to my friends who know my struggle and have helped me in my walk, you all remind me that there IS love in this world ❤️
