I’ve been following Jakob’s journey back home ever since we met, and I think it’s safe to say I’m officially a fan now 😂🚲
Following his journey has also opened my eyes to what traveling by bike actually looks like, the beautiful places and fun moments, but also those parts where there’s simply no safe way for a cyclist to get through. It’s been really interesting seeing that side of the journey through his videos.
His story is seriously so cool, and I’m so happy I got the chance to meet him in person during his ride through Pasadena, Texas. 🇩🇪➡️🇺🇸
And because of Jakob, I also discovered a little piece of Pasadena history I didn’t know about: Bay Area Cycling. A family-owned bike shop that has been serving the community since 1948! Such a cool place, with so much history behind it. 🚲🤍
Sometimes the best stories really do just pass through your city… and I’m glad I got to be a tiny part of this one.
Safe travels home, Jakob! I’ll definitely be following along. 🙌🏼
