Welcome to the documentary of the DORF KETAL Jungle Cup, India’s First Forest Creation Competition! This farfetched CSR initiative of DORF KETAL, in collaboration with SAPREM, Navdrushti, and Panchayat Samiti Sangamner, is truly unique.

Witness an inspiring journey where villages, schools, farmers, youth groups, and local leaders come together to transform barren lands into thriving green ecosystems! It's all powered by a competitive spirit, massive public participation, and a focus on sustainability. So far, 120 villages in Maharashtra's Ahilyanagar, Washim, and Nashik districts have participated, and this competition is set to spread across the entire state!

A Humble Step Towards a Greener, Prosperous Future!

We're incredibly touched by the overwhelming support and enthusiasm for the Dorf Ketal Jungle Cup initiative, and we're excited to share a recent highlight! With the incredible participation of villagers, this program is truly blossoming across Maharashtra.

We're so proud to share a glimpse from Davva Gram Panchayat, District Gondia, where the community, students, and our team achieved something remarkable. Together, we successfully planted 1,000 Keshar mango saplings in just one minute as part of our Dorf Ketal Mango Cup CSR program! You can see the inspiring moments in the video linked below and read more about it in local daily newspapers.

This initiative isn't just about planting trees; it's about nurturing a sustainable future. We're truly humbled by the dedication of the villagers, especially the women, whose efforts are estimated to help their community generate a net profit of Rs. 30 Lakhs from these 1,000 Kesar mango trees within the next 4-5 years.

What's even more inspiring is that some villages have already started intercropping within these mango orchards, already seeing earnings in lakhs. This collective effort is paving the way for a remarkable success story in social development, bringing together environmental care and financial stability for local communities.

A Humble Commitment to Our Planet and People

On this World Environment Day, Dorf Ketal reaffirms its deep commitment to both transforming lives within underprivileged communities and diligently caring for Planet Earth. Our environmental initiatives, part of our sustainable CSR activities, are driven by a genuine concern that goes beyond mere compliance.

We are grateful to our project implementing partner NGOs— , , , and —for their invaluable support and commitment. Together, we have successfully planted 763,000 indigenous and fruit trees across Maharashtra, J&K, UP, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand, and Assam. This effort reflects our belief in creating a greener, healthier environment for all.

Our initiatives like the Dorf Ketal Jungle Cup and Mango Cup have aimed to foster a spirit of friendly competition among 150 villages of Maharashtra, encouraging them to create more beautiful and sustainable spaces. These platforms are designed to empower communities to leave a positive legacy for future generations.

Furthermore, we are pleased to report the harvesting of approximately 7 billion liters of water in aspirational districts of Rajasthan, Haryana, and Maharashtra. This achievement underscores our dedication to addressing critical water needs in these regions.

Looking ahead, we are committed to planting an additional 4-5 lakh trees this year. In partnership with , -SMF, and , we also plan to construct more rainwater harvesting structures using innovative methods. Our aim is to help rejuvenate rivers, enhance water sufficiency, and bring more green cover to our planet, ultimately improving the lives of many.

For Dorf Ketal, World Environment Day is a reflection of our everyday practices. We believe that our actions in environmental stewardship should speak for themselves. We strive to contribute meaningfully to the well-being of our shared habitat.

Absolutely thrilled to share some truly heartwarming news with you all!

We at Dorf Ketal CSR, in collaboration with the Sarasvati Vidyalaya & Jr. College, Akole, Ahilyanagar, have recently inaugurated a brand-new, state-of-the-art computer lab for the tribal and rural students from underprivileged backgrounds. It's an honor to be a part of this initiative!

Imagine a space filled with the best quality laptops, seamless internet connectivity, a comfortable and air-conditioned environment, cozy furniture, a proper podium, a helpful projector, and guidance from a qualified computer teacher. In each batch, around 50-60 students will now have the incredible opportunity to receive best education and get skilled up for the 21st century! This will directly benefit approximately 823 students of Sarasvati Vidyalaya & Jr. College – how amazing is that?

The inauguration ceremony was graced by around 700+ enthusiastic villagers, students, and esteemed dignitaries, and their appreciation for Dorf Ketal CSR's contribution has truly touched our hearts.

But the most inspiring part of this entire endeavor is the incredible collaborative spirit. The dedicated trustees of the School and villagers collectively constructed a spacious 600 sqft classroom to house this lab! Their genuine and noteworthy contribution showcases the power of community and shared vision. We are deeply grateful for their partnership.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this dream a reality. It's moments like these that fuel our commitment to creating a positive impact. Here's to empowering the next generation with the tools they need to shine!

It was a privilege for Dorf Ketal CSR to support the development of the Space Station Hall as a humble gift to the Nehru Science Centre in Mumbai. Working alongside The Sky Explorers and Navdrishti, and under the dedicated leadership of Shri Umesh Kumar Rustagi, we envisioned a space where imagination could soar. We sincerely hope this experiential gallery will offer a fascinating glimpse into the world of space for everyone who visits. The inauguration by Padm Shri Dr Vasudevan Gnana Gandhi, and the inspiring presence of Dr Dipankar Banerjee and other distinguished guests, made the day truly special.

We've provided state-of-the-art equipment like a Portable Fundus Camera, Tonopen, A & B Scan and more, set to revolutionize early eye disease diagnosis and treatment.

Imagine – potentially helping 26,000 patients a year and saving them around ₹1.77 Crore! This will also supercharge their Ophthalmic Van Outreach program, bringing vital care to those who need it most.

Imagine a world where every drop counts. In the aspirational districts of Rajasthan and Haryana, where water is truly life, we've witnessed the power of community action! We're thrilled to share our humble work:

BRINGING HOPE TO ZARPORA VILLAGE!

We're thrilled to share that Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Ltd. has embarked on a groundbreaking rainwater harvesting project in Zarpara village, Gujarat!

This initiative, in collaboration with Ekaagra Foundation, Gram Panchyat, and the villagers, aims to recharge the underground water and aquifer, reducing salinity and increasing the water level!

The village, situated near the Nagmati River, has been struggling with severe water scarcity, affecting farmers, livestock, and the community's health. The water level has gone down significantly, resulting in salty water with a TDS level of 700-1000, making it unfit for drinking.

By channeling overflowing rainwater from the River Nagamati check-dam through an underground pipeline, we're connecting it with existing borewells to recharge the underground water and aquifer. This innovative solution will help increase the water level, reduce salinity, and improve the overall health and livelihoods of the community!

We're expecting this initiative to bring a ray of hope to the farmers, multiplying their income, and ensuring sound health and reduced hardships for women and children!

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Shri. Mahendrabhai Gadavi, Ekaagra Foundation, Gram Panchyat, and the villagers for their invaluable support and contributions!

Nurturing Nature, Nourishing Lives: The Gunwara River Project Begins.

We are incredibly excited to share the news of a meaningful step forward in our commitment to sustainable development! Dorf Ketal, in collaboration with the Global Vikas Trust, has embarked on the rejuvenation of the Gunwara River in Parli, Beed, Maharashtra. It is a one of the important tributaries of Godavari River.

This project, which commenced on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivratri, is more than just a restoration effort; it's a partnership with the vibrant communities of Tapovan, Hasnabad, Aurangpur, Padali, Khari-Tanda, Gowardhan, and surrounding areas. We're humbled to be working alongside these villagers, who are truly the heart of this initiative.

Our efforts focus on 'deepening and widening' approximately 10 kilometers of the Gunwara River and its tributaries. This will enhance its natural flow, improve groundwater levels, and revitalize the river's ecological functions. We are also installing 50 Global River Aquashafts (injection recharge borewells) along the riverbed. This innovative approach will help to significantly reduce the high TDS levels and replenish the groundwater table. We are thrilled to know that these 50 aqua recharge shafts will harvest approximately 54 Crore liters of rain water during the monsoon season.
We are deeply inspired by the active participation of the villagers, who are contributing substantially to this project. Their dedication underscores the power of community-driven change.
We anticipate that this initiative will positively impact over 2,200 families, more than 10,000 individuals, and approximately 5,600 acres of land. We envision:

Improved irrigation, leading to increased agricultural productivity.
A significant rise in groundwater levels, ensuring water security.
Reduced TDS, providing access to cleaner water.
Enhanced livestock health, with increased availability of green fodder and improved milk production.

Ultimately, a meaningful boost to farmers' incomes.
This project was inaugurated by Shri. Santosh Jagdhane, Head-CSR, Dorf Ketal Chemicals India Ltd., and Shri. Mayank Gandhi, Founder, Global Vikas Trust, in the presence of enthusiastic villagers, dedicated government officers, and other distinguished guests.
We understand that environmental stewardship is a shared responsibility, and we are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the well-being of these communities and the restoration of this vital natural resource. We recognize that this is a crucial project, and we are committed to support the communities through this journey.

This film shines a light on the challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, particularly the societal disapproval and family rejection that can lead to profound psychological distress and isolation. "Tutti Frutti Cake" encourages us to break down the mental barriers that prevent us from accepting individuals for who they are, fostering a more inclusive and compassionate society.

Celebrating Pride & Inclusion with Dorf Ketal & Hamsafar Trust!

We're thrilled to share highlights from the Q***r Premier League, a fantastic event held on January 12th in collaboration with Hamsafar Trust.

This incredible initiative, supported by CSR of Dorf Ketal, brought together 52 amazing players and umpires from the LGBTQ+ community for a day of sportsmanship, camaraderie, and celebration of diversity.

At Sporting Lions Turf in Bandra, we witnessed incredible talent, witnessed true sportsmanship, and most importantly, fostered a more inclusive and accepting society.
