2018 vs 2023 - 5 years ago I had lost my motivation to progress at riding, I was not taking care of myself, and was starting to take things for granted. Then Ledge was born in 2018. I looked at myself in the mirror and realized I needed a change. To be the best version of myself I needed to start eating the proper foods, I needed to gain strength, and more than anything I needed to find happiness with myself again. Hundreds of hours of meditation, staying disciplined without missing one workout, and having the proper nutrition, I’ve reached a level of happiness I never thought was achievable. Every morning I start training at 3:30AM alone, always in silence, and I look forward to those morning workouts every night before bed. I’m more grateful for my family, my friends, and all the opportunities that life has given me. 40 years old and still able to wake up and do what I love everyday. So I promised myself I’d never take things for granted again. The goal is to keep learning, improving, and getting stronger.
