HexClad Lifetime Warranty — Step‑by‑Step
HexClad really does honor their lifetime warranty — so I recorded a full walkthrough of the process while submitting my claim, and it only takes less than 15 minutes to complete.
Go to the HexClad website and register your pan — if you haven’t registered earlier, you can still register at the time of the claim.
• Register your pan
 – Select where you originally purchased it
 – Retrieve the invoice from your purchase history
 – Note the order number first
 – Note the purchase date next
 – Locate the serial number engraved on the front of the pan
• Submit the registration
 – You’ll receive an email with the registration confirmation link
 – Click the link and scroll down to the warranty claim page
 – Open Warranty Claims under Contact Us
• Complete the warranty claim
 – Fill in your details
 – Upload photos of the damaged pan or a small video showing the damage and your concern
 – Add the serial number and order number again
 – Submit the claim
• Final steps
 – You’ll receive a confirmation email
 – Then an approval email
 – The replacement pan arrives shortly after
