POSTING GUIDELINES / CODE OF CONDUCT
=========================
This group is a place to learn, get feedback and make connections. To preserve its value to all our members, we need to ensure that the content shared in the group meets certain standards.
Please read these rules and guidelines all the way through at least once and refer back to them if you're ever in doubt. A permalink to this post can be found in the group Description on the right side of the FB page. If you're ever unsure about a post, please ask an admin (e.g. Katy Diem or Toni Kaufman)
=========================
1. NEW MEMBERS
Welcome! To make sure you don't miss out on any important posts, click on the "Notifications" button and choose "All Posts".
When you first join the group, feel free to make a CONCISE introduction post that answers the following:
i. What business/market are you in? Share a little bit about your product/service.
ii. What's the ONE thing that you feel makes you World Class and one thing you need help with immediately (keeping it relevant to the group)?
iii. What's your #1 superpower that you can use to help other people within the group?
=========================
2. KEEP IT RELEVANT AND VALUABLE
Do not post content unrelated to the topic and purpose of the group. Also, make sure your post is of value to the group (and not motivated primarily by a desire to be seen).
We strive to keep the "signal to noise ratio" high so as not to waste anyone's time or make it unnecessarily difficult to find information.
NOT Okay: inspirational memes, thought of the day, what you ate today, etc...
=========================
3. KEEP QUESTIONS SPECIFIC (AND UNIQUE!)
Don't ask for feedback without giving the proper context such as a link to the content you need help with. Make your question specific also. Don't just ask for "help". What EXACTLY are you struggling with or looking to fix/tweak?
Note that many common questions have already been covered in previous posts. Use the page's “Search” feature. This ensures we’re being respectful of other members’ time by not asking questions that have already been answered. Keeping such discussions together in a single post makes for a more valuable resource, especially as that post gets enriched with comments.
Ask yourself whether your question is appropriate for sharing publicly or if it's more of a support issue. Support or Sponsorship issues might be questions about payments, program dates, login help, or other administrative issues. Please address those questions to [email protected]
=========================
4. BE RESPECTFUL:
Opinions are welcome but we will not tolerate bullying or demeaning commentary. Keeping this a safe place is essential and we take this matter VERY seriously. Only use language that’s respectful to members of the group. Be aware that we have members of all ages, genders, and backgrounds. Remember The Golden Rule!
=========================
5. SHARING OUTSIDE THIS GROUP
What's shared in the group stays in the group. That includes posts, comments, training calls, files, data about members’ businesses, etc...
If there's something you’d like to share outside the group, you must obtain written permission from the admins first.
=========================
6. REPORTING INAPPROPRIATE POSTS
If you see a post you think violates the group guidelines (or doesn’t fit the “spirit” of the group), you can report the post by clicking on the arrow in the top right corner of the post and choosing “Report to admin.” That’ll bring it to our attention so we can address it. All admin decisions are final.
* NOTE: When you report something, the person will not know who reported it (so you can do it safely. Only the admins can see this.
=========================
7. PROMOTIONS
We want to get to know you and your business. Just bear in mind this group is not a place for BLATANT self-promotion and list building.
Things that are not okay: affiliate links, opt-in links, webinar registrations, Free Strategy Sessions*. You CAN share what you're up to if the genuine motivation is to share your progress to inspire others, or to solicit specific feedback from the group. If that motivation is in doubt your post may be deleted. If you’re looking for feedback on a webinar, lead magnet, etc… try providing the content without requiring an opt-in. (The KEY is not to solicit. Members will reach out to YOU if they want to learn more.)
* If you have expertise, a product or service that is well-suited for people in our community and which you want to share as a means of giving to the group please reach out to an admin to discuss it before posting. Giving is GREAT! Just get our blessing first so you can include “Approved by [tagged admin]” in your post and avoid the possibility of it getting deleted.

Thank you for your help and cooperation. We're thrilled to have you here!
