As the events of his death unfold, his family will mourn the staunch irony of his death and beliefs about gun violence in America.

His death will cause further divide in an already divided US politics. His toe tag had yet been placed when observations and speech on Conservative media, politicians and POD casters began to blame Democratic ideals, politicians and voters for his untimely death. This was absent of facts and details of his shooter and no captures had been made when accusations begin to fly across the airways. There are also celebrations from pockets of liberal minded people and media outlets, and unfortunately politicians. The questions become when will Americans learn from our violent history? Violence is expressed in speech and actions. Have we completely lost our empathy and those that choose to walk in empathic light seem like a pinhole beacon?

Lack of empathy and humanity when we go about our daily lives and the spectrum all the way to how we write policy and political speech. Empathy in the spectrum of our homes, schools, places of worship, and our workspaces. What will our youth and impressionable learn from all of this? How can we grow if we are stuck on hateful convenient ways? What is retribution exactly?

I have more questions than I have answers, as always.

Discussing the U.S. Supreme Court decision that severely limited, if not effectively ended, the use of affirmative action in college admissions, Charlie Kirk, the Founder of the student group Turning Point USA, which espouses ideologies that are homophobic, transphobic, and touts Christian nationalism, on his national podcast this week attacked prominent Black women.

Kirk alleged that journalist and MSNBC host Joy Reid, Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court Ketanji Brown Jackson, Democratic Congresswomen Sheila Jackson Lee, and former First Lady of the United States Michelle Obama used affirmative action because they “do not have the brain processing power to otherwise be taken really seriously” so they had to “steal a white person’s slot.”

Yes I get it everything we do people have a problem. We have to protect ourselves further by showing up willing to show restraint. We cannot go too far. It is the way it is... it will not change therefore do not give people weapons
truly
That is the real and raw. Now two things can be true. Some of the people on the cruises have gone too far. So yes people demonize our celebrations and some of us do too much. We are the step children of the earth to put it in perspective..
