What you got to do?
GET ACTIVE: Complete a minimum of 60 minutes of physical activity on Saturday. This could include walking, running, biking, hiking or any other form of exercise that helps you move! Remember you can do it also with your family or friends 😉
GET READY: Spend some time prepping healthy meals and snacks for the weekend. Participants can plan their meals, shop healthy ingredients and cook nutritious dishes to enjoy throughout the weekend.
HYDRATE: Focus on drinking at least 8 glasses of water on both Saturday and Sunday.. Hydration is key to supporting weight loss and overall health..
FEED Mindfully: On Sunday, practice mindful eating by paying attention to signs of hunger, eating slowly, and savoring every bite. Avoid distractions like phones or television while eating.
TRY a new recipe: Try a new healthy recipe over the weekend. Whether it's a new salad, smoothie, or veggie dish, trying something new can keep healthy eating interesting and enjoyable.
SHARE your Success: Throughout the weekend, participants can share their progress and experiences in the challenge on social networks using the hashtags:

As an additional challenge, participants can try to limit their consumption of processed foods, sugary snacks and alcoholic beverages over the weekend.
