How would you feel about a darling bungalow in Sunset Heights that's not too overdone (still things to update,) not too tiny (1844 sf), no carpet or vinyl (wood and saltillo) and pre-inspected so you know exactly what needs to be done going in? It already has the big family room everyone wants. Oh and it's o a 6000 sf lot. About $675,000. Thinking about the right way to get this home into the hands of a buyer who will love it. It's very livable but should the seller update and raise price?
