Current obsession: slow dinners, good cocktails, and ordering enough food for the whole table. 🥂🍾✨

Last night’s .htx lineup:
✧ Crispy Korean Short Rib Tacos — gochujang, thai chile aioli, onion & cilantro
✧ Seared Pork Belly — with the jack daniels maple syrup sauce
✧ 8oz USDA Prime Filet
✧ Juliet Party Potatoes — bacon, white cheddar, onions & whipped butter (and honestly, I haven’t stopped thinking about them)
