Meet Sherbert. 🦄 Our Unicorn of a cat! 😸

He has a lot if different issues but since we started putting him on meds for his Pillow Foot Condition as well as extra high calorie food he often likes to climb (even with his issues) and play just like a normal healthy cat! 🐈

I know some of you would probably wonder why I didn't go to "save him" like his momma but that is because he isn't always watched 24/7 and we need to know that he can get himself out of these situations he puts himself into. I wouldn't ever let him do anything to hurt himself I just wanted to catch how he does on his own with no help. ❤️

Real talk though, these are good. Garlicky, heavy on the dill, and the brine doesn't punch you in the face with vinegar like most pickles do. Sits right in that sweet spot, a touch above the middle on the sour scale, but balanced the whole way through.

And the crunch? More snap than a Claussen. That's the part that got me.

Hungover me ate two and felt human again. Sober me is just here for the flavor. Either way... go get you some. 🥒

Plot twist: I planned for two degrees and accidentally graduated with three. 👨‍🎓

I always knew I was getting my bachelor's and my Associate of Applied Science. That AAS? I knocked it out in ONE year. Seven classes a semester, plus mini-terms over Christmas and summer. It was brutal.

What I did not know: I stacked so many credits chasing the bachelor's that the college also handed me an Associate of Arts, Magna Cum Laude. Did not find out until the diploma hit my mailbox this week.

Final tally: Bachelor's (Summa Cum Laude), Associate of Arts (Magna Cum Laude), Associate of Applied Science (Cum Laude), three certificates, and President's List more semesters than I can count. Done in 3 years. While starting KBM Builders, launching JK Productions, and getting married.

Real talk: do you need a degree to run a company? No. I will say that out loud. But finishing what you start, at the highest standard you can hold, never stops mattering. That is the whole game.

In the time it takes most people to earn ONE degree, I earned TWO.

✅ Associate of Science (3 Construction Supervision certificates stacked on top)
✅ Bachelor's in Energy & Trades Management
✅ 3.76 Cumulative GPA
✅ Honors + President's List (consistently)
✅ Built a construction company from $0 to multi-million dollar run rate
✅ All in 3 years instead of the usual 4 to 6

I wasn't sleeping. I was building.

While the world was telling me to slow down, pick a lane, focus on one thing... I was in class, on jobsites, in the studio, and signing contracts. Same week. Every week.

To my wife, my family, my team, and every professor who pushed me: I see you. I appreciate you. We're just getting started.

To everyone who said it couldn't be done...

​We've been having the most magical time. From casting spells in our robes (and... posing in coffins) in the Wizarding World to checking out Bowser's castle, this trip has been the perfect adventure.

​So grateful to be married to my best friend, .g.briggs , and finally get the honeymoon we deserved. ❤️

​I've been following Jack and his wife's content for a while, so it was a wild moment. He was incredibly cool, gracious, and down-to-earth. We got to chat for a bit before he let me grab this photo.

​This was a serious highlight of an already amazing honeymoon trip! Thanks for making it even more memorable, Jack! Hope our paths cross again.
