As I mentioned above I am a mother of 5. I have a 1daughter and 3 grown son's. My fourth child was stillborn at nine months gestation. As you can imagine it broke my heart and it has been a long road to recovery. I have been a mother since I was 15 years old and have never made time for me. I have struggled with my weight since I was a child and now I have the opportunity to focus on myself. I hav

e been eating clean and working out for almost a year and haven't lost many pounds but my body has physically changed. I created this page to hold myself accountable and to hopefully inspire others like I have been!
