Hiring a social media manager does not automatically increase your sales, social media presence, or branding.
A Social Media Manager..manages your platforms, engagement, posting schedule, and strategy.
A Content Creator.. creates the content that represents your brand and gives people something to connect with.
A Marketer.. positions and promotes your services to the right audience to drive growth and conversions.
The biggest misconception is thinking you can invest in ONE and receive the results of all THREE.
If you choose not to invest in content creation, that’s completely okay and can absolutely work for SOME businesses. But if high-quality, consistent content isn’t being created, there is only so much management and marketing CAN do with what’s being provided.
If you choose not to invest in marketing, you may have beautiful content but struggle to reach new customers.
If you choose not to invest in management, you may have great content and ads but lack consistency, strategy, and community building.
Every piece plays a role.
Sometimes investing in all three at once simply isn’t realistic, and that’s okay too. The important part is having clear expectations and understanding what outcome you’re wanting from your social media.
The good news? I offer all three, separately or together, so we can build a strategy that fits both your goals and your budget🤍
