NATURAL TUNA SANDWICH
Ingredients:
Lettuce leaves;
1 grated carrot;
1 can of drained tuna;
2 tablespoons of mustard;
Salt and black pepper to taste;
Chopped and pitted olives;
1 package of whole-wheat bread;
4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise;
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
Preparation method:
In a medium bowl, place all the ingredients, except the bread, lettuce and seasonings.
Using a spoon, mix all the ingredients until it reaches a creamy consistency.
Then, season with black pepper and salt to taste. Mix again.
Separate the slices of bread and add the filling.
Before closing, add a lettuce leaf.
