Your own individual liberties, as well as the notion of calling America a “free country” are under assault with the most critical attacks coming from out-of-control federal government only encouraged by Congress and the Supreme court acting out of impotency, corruption and cowardice. The recent explosion of our national debt - now over $17 trillion - is a symptom of America’s inability to control

an irresponsible and ever dangerous federal addiction to spending, which must be reigned in. The federal takeover of our healthcare system is the most recent and dangerous act of aggression on our individual freedoms to date. What was once the finest healthcare system on the planet is now being thrown out with the bath water, replaced by the socialized system known as Obamacare, which continues to manifest itself as a horrible attack on liberty. It is long past time to demand that truth in advertising be a mandatory requirement for those representing We the People. It’s time to abolish the lifelong politician, the “public servant” who keeps hold of power for as long as politically possible. Our government is “of the people”, meaning that every and any law passed must apply to all government workers the same as private citizens. It’s time to demand that those representing you are actually representing you and your family instead of their own political interests. Our borders today are unsecured, illegal immigration is out of control and those walking across find the American welfare state is alive and well. As the Mexican drug carets laugh from the shadows, we face endless unconstitutional attacks on our freedoms at home. As we look over the horizon we see added issues emerging not only with our own federal government but with the United Nations using unauthorized treaties, such as the National Disarmament of Authorization Act (NDAA). The United States was founded as a government of the people, by the people, and for the people; a bottom-up government as defined by the Constitution. This simply means that the federal government is a child of the States and of the people. Washington works for the States and the people, not the other way around. The overgrown federal government is ignoring the Constitution of this great country. The child is overdue for a spanking!

I know we are all dealing with the loss of Johnny in many different ways. Having known Johnny for over forty years we have had a very special relationship. I have not met many who also know Johnny and worked with him. I was officially Johnny's campaign manager and with that have access to this page. Johnny was the reason I became involved with the Libertarian party. I plan to continue that affiliation and will post party related information here.

This simply means that the federal government is a child of the States and of the People. Washington works for the States and the People, not the other way around. The overgrown federal government is ignoring the Constitution of this great country. The child is overdue for a spanking!
