Years ago, we had the idea to create accessibility in aviation. We wanted to create more opportunities for Deaf and Hard of Hearing kids who have their eyes transfixed on the skies, and their minds in the clouds.
We knew it wouldn't be easy. We knew people would have beliefs about the safety of it, the efficiency, the necessity, and even the capabilities of Deaf pilots. We know the human brain tends to fear what isn't known or familiar which is why we want to take you on this journey with us. From the very beginning, you get to see how it all works. You get to be in the cockpit with us and learn as we do.
We want to hear from you. Ideas, tips, questions. You are a part of this adventure too. And just as we hope you learn from us, we want to learn from you. We want to foster a community that grows together and uplifts as well as educates.
