π² Today I went deep into the wild to cook something special!
π₯ I set up my fire with wood and coal, preparing the perfect heat for kababs.
π₯© First, I mixed the minced meat with spices β salt, black pepper, green chili, and fresh coriander.
π’ Then I shaped the meat into delicious kababs, ready for grilling.
π₯ Placed the kababs on the fire, slowly cooking them to get that smoky, juicy flavor.
π₯ While kababs were cooking, I prepared fresh dough and made soft roti over the hot pan.
π₯ On the side, I mixed yogurt, cucumber, and mint to make refreshing raita.
π½οΈ Finally, I served hot kababs with fresh roti and chilled raita β a pure desi wild cooking experience!
