A high speed police chase along SH 146 resulted in damages to several cars.

Baytown Police were dispatched to the area of the 1700 block of Carolina St, to locate a suspect who ran on foot after the vehicle pursuit ended in the area of Old Baytown.

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes while officers conduct their investigation, as of 5:30 p.m.

Drones were reported hovering over Old Baytown.

Community Resource Credit Union staff reported both ends of Decker Drive were blocked off during the vehicle pursuit and were later removed as the chase continued.
