Sometimes the body recognizes a boundary that fashion persuaded the mind to ignore.

If you must spend the entire day fighting your clothes, those clothes are not serving you.

An outfit can be fashionable and still be unsuitable for your peace, movement, or environment.

This is why kindness matters. You never know what someone had to overcome just to show up today.

And if you are the one struggling silently, please remember: needing help does not make you a burden. Speak to someone trustworthy.

He wants cleansed affections.

Somebody is making money every time you feel unattractive.

The beauty and fashion industries often create a problem, magnify your insecurity, and then sell you the supposed solution.

First, they convince you that your lips are too small, your waist is too wide, your skin is the wrong shade, or your natural shape is outdated.

Then come the products, procedures, injections, garments, and subscriptions.

There is nothing wrong with looking presentable. But you must recognize when self-care has become commercial manipulation.

A woman who is at peace with herself is difficult to exploit.

She buys with wisdom, dresses with purpose, and refuses to turn her body into somebody else’s profitable project.
