I’m working on improving my strength, mobility, flexibility, stability, balance, endurance, and coordination - all whilst having fun along the way!
This journey supports my best conditioning and performance as a professional performing/coaching musician, dancer, and actor - as well as a recreational athlete.
My journal entries help keep me accountable for moving at least a little bit every day.
My activities vary by type and location.
