A dragonfly the size of my THIGH showed up and decided to pose for a photo! 😳🤯😮

I read that these guys are incredibly good hunters, catching their target about 95% of the time. Looking at the size of this one, I have to wonder how many mosquitoes, gnats, and midges it eats in a day. Whatever the number is, it’s totally welcome to stay in my garden! 🐉🦟

Mine is Creeping Jenny. I was in love with it, but I had no idea how aggressive it was in the ground until it escaped the garden and started taking over my lawn at my last house! Oops!

The one we already own… but somehow keep buying more of. 😂

For me, it’s May Night Salvia. I love the deep purple flower spikes, the bees absolutely adore it, and somehow I always seem to find room for one more.

A dianthus of a different color! 🌸

Four years ago, I planted Paint The Town Fancy Dianthus and fell in love with their deep fuchsia blooms.

I recently bought four more to add to the border. Same name. Same red center. But these new ones are a much lighter pink than the originals.

Have you ever bought a plant that looked noticeably different from one you already had, even though it was sold under the exact same name? What do you think is going on here?
