Important Update: Early Conclusion of Our Season

With heartfelt regret, we announce the early conclusion of this year’s season. Due to an unexpected injury that will require surgery and a lengthy recovery, we are unable to continue regular operations as planned. While this decision was not made lightly, prioritizing my health must come first.

We wish to thank all our loyal customers, our business partners at Lewandoski's Market, all of our food truck friends, and the local community for the incredible support and enthusiasm you have shown us throughout the season. Serving you has been a true joy, and we are deeply grateful for every shared meal, smile, kind word, and moment.

We extend our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to returning—stronger than ever—next season. In the meantime, we wish everyone a safe and healthy rest of the year. Thank you for understanding and for being part of our pierogi-loving family.

We've been waiting all summer for this one! Polish food and entertainment for the whole family!!!

We'll be serving 100+ year old family recipe Kielbasa (Huge thanks to Gary and the team at Lewandoski's Market for making our family recipe sausage!!), Pierogies, and Kapusta. Our motto is "Old World. Scary Good!", come see (well...taste) for yourself!

Remember to grab your tokens when you arrive so you don,t have to jump out of line. All purchases require tokens.

Brought to you in partnership with the legendary West Grand Rapids butcher shop, Lewandoski’s Market, our 100+ year old family recipe hand-crafted small-batch smoked Polish Sausage (Kielbasa) sandwich grilled to perfection right before your eyes and served on a roll with grilled onions. Add some sauerkraut and spicy mustard for the full experience!

Phantom’s Opera (Kapusta with Polish Sausage) – 9 tokens
Dinner now! Symphony later!! Our 100+ year old family recipe hand-crafted small-batch smoked Polish Sausage (Kielbasa) sliced and served in a bowl of Polish style Sauerkraut (A tasty blend of sauerkraut, caraway seed, salt, pepper, vinegar, and brown sugar!)

Go get you some!! Pro tip from the purple pig...go see Big Mike's Kettle Corn and grab some caramel corn AND cheese corn...and mix em together for some awesomeness, you'll be glad you did. It's my go to!!
