This week in 1980, Pat Benatar released her 2nd album, 'Crimes of Passion.' - The album won a Grammy, and SIDE 1 contains some of Pat's biggest songs. And as you can see, there's even a picture of Pat on the album's label.

Ozzy Osbourne’s cause of death has been revealed.

The certificate that was submitted by Ozzy’s daughter, Aimée Osbourne, says he died from:

“(a) Out of hospital cardiac arrest (b) Acute myocardial infarction (c) Coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction (Joint Causes).”

It's the longest album side I feature, with a run time of 32 minutes. Def Leppard released Hysteria this week in 1987....Also, happy birthday this week to Def Leppard vocalist, Joe Elliott, and to to Bay listener and Def Leppard nut, Heidi!
This is probably the most anticipated rock album ever because it had been over 4 years since Def Leppard's last
album. When it showed up via UPS at the radio station I was working for in 1987, I played the whole album, every song, right away!
SIDE 2 plays at 11pm tonight on THE VINYL FRONTIER.

A man has died after falling from the upper tier in Wembley Stadium at an Oasis concert over the weekend. 💔

Oasis said in a statement they were "shocked and saddened" to hear of the death of a fan and “would like to extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.”
