The Chick Peas are created and seasoned just like if i was creating the salmon or chicken. Spring Fresh Spinach Mix, Fresh Strawberries, English Cucumber, Onion, Carrots,Broccoli and Cauliflower, Sweet Petite Tomatoes,Croutons and Homemade Fresh Herbal Italian Dressing. Salad is drizzled with Local Raw Honey! 😋Rehydrate with a Fruit Infused Alkaline Water… Soul Fed after an 1.5 bodywork session..and Delivered Fresh at the end of the session. Then to watch what you planted grow and be nurtured, harvest and self healthy care to be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor. I find such peace growing, being around the farm animals and listening to the raw nature that surrounds me! 💚

Let me share with you how Real and Raw navigating Grief and Trauma at the sametime is… It was 30 days on this day last year my brother passed… I was going through my memories this morning and this popped up. I do not even remember creating this Gorgeous cake last year at all. It’s crazy cause i just talked to my therapist this week of how trying to process this last year and I don’t remember a lot of this past year at all… literally listing…due to the shock to the nervous system, the trauma behind it, the brain fog and the mental break to boot! She said it has been for my protection I’ve not remembered it all. Literally my entire world changed and shifted since these deaths. Wow!! Is all i can say…i guess i can say im thankful for this memory popping up from last year…. Time and grace
