Y’all, look at this spread from Bo’s Best Wings in Huntsville! 🍗🔥

We started with the Sweet Hot and Spicy party wings. Fried just right, tender on the inside, and tossed in that flavorful sauce. I handled the drums, and Queen Ang took care of the flats!

Then came those Cajun ranch fries! Crispy crinkle-cut fries covered in ranch and Cajun seasoning. Man, that’s some good eating!

And y’all know fish is my favorite dish! Two golden-fried REAL catfish fillets, seasoned all the way down, with those thin, crispy fried green tomatoes on the side.

But those WHOLE wings stole the show! The Queen loved Bo’s Best Sauce, and I went to town on the Good and Spicy.

Believe me or not, Bo’s is the spot!

Bo’s Best Wings in Huntsville came through with some serious good eating!

We tried the Sweet Hot and Spicy wings, Cajun ranch fries, fried catfish, green tomatoes, and those whole wings!

The Queen loved Bo’s Best Sauce, but I was all about that Good and Spicy!

Date night at Cooper’s Hawk in Madison! 🍷

We started with the Over the Border Egg Rolls. Crunchy on the outside, warm and savory on the inside, with three different dipping sauces to switch up the flavor.

I went with the Pistachio-Crusted Grouper with creamy Mary’s Potatoes. That grouper was flaky and meaty with a slightly crunchy, rich and nutty crust.

And of course, we gone have that salad! That’s non-negotiable!

Queen Ang had Dana’s Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with garlic green beans and Betty’s Potatoes. Those rich, buttery potatoes were the highlight of her plate.

Looking for an upscale date night spot? We checked out Cooper’s Hawk in Madison!

We tried the Over the Border Egg Rolls, Pistachio-Crusted Grouper and Dana’s Parmesan-Crusted Chicken. The atmosphere was inviting, the service was on point, and y’all already know we found us a salad!

Y’all, look at this spread from Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q in Decatur!

We went with the Pitroom Feast loaded with St. Louis ribs, brisket, smoked turkey and chicken with that famous Alabama white sauce. Add baked beans, potato salad and of course that salad, and we had ourselves a FEAST!

Those ribs were smoky, tender and seasoned to the bone, but that smoked turkey with the white sauce was the surprise of the meal.

GOBBLE GOBBLE! That was some good eating! 😂

And y’all already know we gone have that salad. That’s non-negotiable!
