After hearing recommendation after recommendation, we finally stopped by BOJ’s BBQ & Catering, and y’all did not steer us wrong!

The Chicago-style rib tips were tender, flavorful, and honestly didn’t need a drop of sauce. Queen Ang’s jerk chicken was seasoned all the way to the bone, and that mac and cheese was some of the best we’ve had in a while. The collard greens were cooked just right too.

The portions were generous, the flavors were on point, and we even enjoyed the leftovers the next day.

We finally checked out the new New South Hot Dog & Sushi location in Huntsville, and y’all already know we had to put those hot dogs to the test! 🌭🔥

I went with the Bama Dog loaded with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, slaw, and sriracha mustard. The flavors worked together perfectly and made every bite exciting.

Queen Ang kept it classic with the chili cheese dog and added onions. Simple, nostalgic, and absolutely delicious.

Fishers, Indiana came through again! 🍔🔥

We stopped by CR Heroes and found ourselves facing some serious portions. I ordered the Hoosier Daddy Pork Tenderloin, and when they brought it out, I thought the bun got lost somewhere. 😂 That tenderloin was huge, crispy, seasoned well, and packed with flavor.

Queen Ang went with the Black N Bleu Burger and fries. The burger was juicy, hearty, and that bleu cheese gave it a bold flavor that burger lovers will appreciate. The fries were hot, crispy, and exactly what you want on the side.

Indiana has been treating us well on this trip. Have you been to CR Heroes? What should we try next while we’re in the Indianapolis area?

One thing about us, we’ll take a good recommendation seriously! While in Indiana, we stopped by Livery in Noblesville and came away impressed. 🌮🔥

The Chicharrón Chips were crunchy, flavorful, and something completely new for us. Queen Ang’s Chicken Tinga Tacos delivered a perfect mix of smoky, savory, and tangy flavors that earned a 10/10. My Chicken Empanadas were fried golden brown, packed with seasoned chicken, cheese, and beans, and were worth every bite.

If you’re anywhere near Indianapolis or Noblesville, add this one to your list.

We finally made it to Jack Brown’s in Downtown Huntsville to see what all the hype was about 🍔🔥

This place stays packed, and after trying the food, we understand why. The Classic Jack was simple but executed perfectly, the All Jacked Up fries were loaded with flavor, and that Dr. Gonzo Burger was the star of the show. Juicy Wagyu beef, mushrooms, Guinness onions, bacon, Swiss cheese, and a sauce worth talking about.

Fun atmosphere, great staff, and burgers that live up to the reputation.
