YES - The Viking Mom is anti-men.🛡️

Anti men who control.
Anti men who manipulate.
Anti men who use strength to intimidate.
Anti men who punch walls to prove a point.
Anti men who kick toys across the floor when they can’t manage their anger.
Anti men who throw things in rage.
Anti men who threaten, belittle, or silence.
Anti men who refuse to learn, grow, or heal.
Anti men who think dominance equals power.
Anti men who believe their gender makes them superior.

But The Viking Mom also knows that there are good men out there.
Men who are strong and gentle.
Men who protect without control.
Men who listen, learn, and heal.
Men who choose peace over pride.
Men who are raising sons to be kind and daughters to be free.
Men who do the inner work so their families don’t carry their pain. ❤️‍🩹

That’s real strength.
That’s the kind of masculinity worth honoring.

When I was 13, a man exposed himself to me on a public bus. I was terrified. Frozen.

When I was 16, I applied for an outdoor summer job in Iceland working with sod, concrete, and pavements. The old man interviewing me said, “We normally don’t hire women for this job.”
My heart was pounding, but I looked him in the eye and said,
“Then now would be a good place to start.”
I got the job. And was rehired for several summers after that. 💪🏼

Years later, during my divorce, I told my attorney:
“If I had done some of the things my ex has done, I’d be called an unfit mother.”
He agreed.

These are just a few of my stories but I know every woman has her own.
Moments where we were dismissed, harassed, underestimated, or silenced…
and still rose anyway. ⚔️

If men bled, their supplies would cost less than yours. 🩸
And that’s not an exaggeration - it’s the reality of being a woman in a world that profits from our existence.

We pay more for razors that do the same job.
More for deodorant with the same ingredients.
More for haircuts, dry cleaning, and even toys if they’re pink.
And in many states, we’re still taxed for having periods - as if being born with a uterus is a luxury.

💄 It’s not just the wage gap.
💄 It’s the cost gap.
💄 The respect gap.
💄 The “this world wasn’t built with us in mind” gap.

But we’re not staying quiet about it anymore.
We’re done paying extra just to exist.
Done shrinking to fit into systems that weren’t made for us.🛡️

We rise. We speak. We build.
Because every time a woman refuses to accept unfairness, the world shifts a little closer to balance. ⚔️

Not because they’re weak.
Not because they don’t know better.
But because survival looks different when love has been weaponized.

Abuse isn’t always physical.
It can be emotional, mental, financial, or even post-separation ➡️ and each form can wound just as deeply.

Abuse rewires your brain to doubt yourself.
It tells you you’re the problem.
It promises change. It dangles hope.
And every time you try to leave, it whispers - you’ll never make it on your own.

But one day…
she stops believing the voice that broke her.
She chooses peace over pain.
And that’s the day she becomes unstoppable. ⚔️
