Madison County Sheriff’s Office ICAC Task Force Arrests Man on Child Po*******hy Charges

Madison County, AL – On March 5, 2026, detectives with the Madison County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, in partnership with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Bureau of Investigation (ALEA SBI), executed a residential search warrant in the 200 block of Brevard Boulevard after receiving a CyberTip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).

During the course of this investigation, detectives identified Jason Wilson, 43, as the suspect. Wilson was taken into custody and charged with 10 counts of Possession of Child Po*******hy. Wilson was transported to the Madison County Jail, where his bond has been set at $100,000.

The investigation began after authorities received information through the CyberTipline indicating the possible possession of child s*xual abuse material. Investigators were able to develop sufficient probable cause to obtain and execute the search warrant.

Sheriff Kevin Turner stated,
“The exploitation of children is one of the most disturbing crimes we investigate. Every CyberTip we receive is taken seriously, and our detectives work tirelessly to identify those responsible and hold them accountable. Protecting children in our community will always remain a top priority for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office.”

Anyone with information related to crimes against children is encouraged to report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline at www.cybertipline.org or contact local law enforcement.
