To my Texas friends & followers, SB 3 is a killer. This bill would single handedly kill 1000's of small businesses across the state just like mine. There is no doubt in my mind that Lt Gov Dan Patrick is pushing this bill out of ignorance and pressure from Big Pharma, Big Alcohol, Big To***co and even pressure from Texas' Medicinal Ma*****na industry.

Our products are primarily used for health & wellness. We estimate that more than 75% of our customers are looking for physical relief, sleep support and/or help with daily stress & anxiety. Sure, our products also have a recreational use, there's no denying that. But we've also heard from countless customers how much less they consume alcohol now, how they've quit or cut back on to***co use. How they've been able to reduce or eliminate the need for dangerous pharmaceuticals and their side-effects.

Additionally, this bill would force countless Texans back to the black market, to retreat back to needless pharmaceuticals and/or other unhealthy habits like alcohol and to***co. It would drive the h**p business and it's huge consumer base out of the state.

This bill kills small business. It is harmful to the public. It is NOT in the best interest of Texas or Texans.

If you've read this far, please help! Go to the US H**p Roundtable website and let you voice be heard. Let the lawmakers know how incredibly out of touch they are with the people they are supposed to serve!
