Saying goodbye to this pickleball community is honestly one of the hardest parts of this move. What started as just learning a sport turned into friendships, laughter, support, competition, memories, and a place that truly felt like home. This entire community, including so many people I haven’t personally mentioned here, has carried me through so many seasons of life, and I’ll forever be grateful for every game, every conversation, every tournament, and every moment in between. Please know that each of you has meant so much to me, and your kindness, support, and friendship will always stay with me.
Bobbi- on paper, I don’t think anyone would expect us to become such close friends, but somehow it just worked perfectly. Thank you for the laughs, the honesty, the memories, and for being such a constant presence in my life. I’m going to miss you more than I can put into words.
And Marc - thank you for being the calm to my chaos as my mixed partner. No matter how stressed, competitive, frustrated, or emotional I got on the court, you always stayed steady. You kept us grounded, kept me laughing, and reminded me that pickleball is supposed to be fun too. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better partner and friend.
I’m excited for this next chapter, but there’s a huge piece of my heart staying behind with all of you. Thank you for making Indiana feel like home for so many years. This isn’t goodbye forever, just a “see you later.” ❤️
